Do drinks ship safely?
Yes. Glass bottles and cans are wrapped individually and packed in molded inserts. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 14 days and we replace it.
Will I pay duties?
US orders: no. Canada and Mexico: duties and taxes are calculated and shown at checkout so there are no surprises at the door. Venezuela and Panama: duties may be collected by the courier on delivery; see the estimate at checkout.
Do you ship chocolate in summer?
We add cold packs to chocolate and candy orders shipped to warm regions between May and September at no extra cost.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are processed through our network of authorized wholesalers, distributors, and fulfillment partners. Because products may ship from different fulfillment locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier, weekends, or holidays.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is currently offered at a flat rate of $8.00. Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after the order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take additional time to appear in the carrier’s system.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be fulfilled from more than one warehouse and may therefore arrive in separate shipments at no additional shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change or cancel the shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order details so we can investigate and assist.
We reserve the right to update shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times as our fulfillment network changes.
